The top 100 most delicious dishes in Vietnam have recently been announced by the culinary website Taste Atlas, with Quang noodles taking the top spot. Known as the "world food map," Taste Atlas has released a list of the 100 best dishes in Vietnam for international diners to experience.

Quang noodles is ranked first on this list. According to Taste Atlas, Quang noodles is a signature dish closely associated with the people of Quảng Nam. It is a dish that tourists think of as soon as they set foot in Quảng Nam – Đà Nẵng.

This dish features long, soft noodles served with a rich meat broth and various aromatic herbs. Diners can flexibly choose to have Quang noodles with shrimp, chicken, pork belly, or eggs. Additionally, peanuts and rice paper are often combined when eating to enhance the flavor of the noodles.

Taste Atlas notes that Quang noodles originates from Central Vietnam, contributing to the brand of Quảng and is a beloved dish among tourists.

In addition to Quang noodles, many other dishes also made it to the top 100 best dishes in Vietnam according to the evaluation of the culinary website, such as meat banh mi, Southern beef noodle soup, beef pho, Hue beef noodle soup, etc. Founded in 2015, Taste Atlas (headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia) is known as a map that gathers traditional dishes from around the world.

According to Matija Babić, the founder of Taste Atlas, the rankings of dishes and drinks are based on opinions and evaluations from experts and food critics to ensure the reliability of the awards.
