8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Guests start their day at The Nam An Crafts & Café (158 Bach Dang), enjoying the picturesque Han River, the famous Dragon Bridge, and savoring traditional coffee and Da Nang bread.

After that, guests can visit Han Market, one of the most vibrant markets in Da Nang, just a 3-minute walk from The Nam An Crafts & Café. Experience the fascinating traditional market culture, learn about various agricultural products, seafood, and local goods.

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: The highlight of the trip is a hands-on cooking class at Tài Tử Restaurant (234 Nguyễn Chí Thanh), just a 5-minute walk from Hàn Market, featuring a space designed with rich folk and ethnic culture, along with a large area for the Cooking Class and crafting. Under the guidance of professional chefs and culinary artisans, guests will prepare and cook traditional dishes such as Mỳ Quảng – a National Intangible Cultural Heritage dish, bánh mì, gỏi cuốn, and pork skin rice paper rolls. The interactive session not only teaches guests how to prepare delicious Vietnamese meals but also provides a deeper understanding of cooking techniques and the ingredients that make up the local cuisine of Da Nang. Guests will enjoy the fruits of their labor and conclude with a relaxing herbal tea, honey extraction, and crafting session.
